UMARA Hydrate Tablets

U HYDRATE is our good electrolyte tablets created as effervescent tablets. Each tablet is 4g and contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium corresponding to the levels we sweat out via 0.5 liters of sweat.

U HYDRATE is calorie-free/carbohydrate-free and suitable for training sessions where you want to train without energy. Or during workouts where you just want a fresh, good taste of the liquid in the bottle.

Suitable for increasing the amount of salt in the body before longer training sessions. Then mix 1 fizzy tablet per 500ml of water and drink 1-2 bottles the day before.

- Mix 1x U HYDRATE effervescent tablet with 500ml water. If you sweat a lot of salts, you can mix 2 tablets in 500-750ml of water.

- 1x U HYDRATE effervescent tablet corresponds to 2x U SALTY (see related products)

- Each tablet of U HYDRATE contains a complete electrolyte profile with all major electrolytes you lose through sweat.

- Break groove in the middle of each tablet, so you can easily choose to take only 1/2 tablet if you want.

Each tablet contains:
- 500mg Sodium (Equivalent to 1.3g Salt)
- 80mg Potassium
- 25mg Calcium
- 15mg Magnesium

Light taste of red berries (forest berries). This flavor is also adapted to be mixed into our sports drinks. In this way, you can find your own flavor combination like Lemon-berry (why not? try it out).
