Maurten Solid 225

Maurten’s Solid 225 bars aren’t a replacement to Maurten’s Hydrogel range but are designed to complement it. Great for use in a wide range of high-performance sports, the bars can be used in several ways:

Marathon Runners – Solid is a perfect post-session, or post-race recovery snack to replace carbohydrates. It also works as a pre-race meal alternative.

Cyclists – For cyclists the Solid 225 bars are a great fuelling option for low-to-medium intensity rides as a before and after snack.

Ultra-Runners – For best results consume a Solid bar every four hours. Thanks to the Solid bar’s salt content, the bars also provide an advantage in replacing sodium levels during long training sessions and races.

Triathletes – Great for triathletes, the Solid 225 bar is an ideal between-session fuel as well as a post-session or post-race recovery snack to replace carbohydrates.
